Flourish Joshua is a poet, writer, editor, and minister of the word of God through the art of spoken words and poetry. He has shared the stage with eclectic gospel ministers like Nathaniel Bassey, Evang. Tope Alabi, Adebimpe Funso, Esther Osaji, Bidemi Olaoba, Victor Praise, Emeka Madubata, Theophilus Gaga, and Jimaro Okpa, amongst others. He is the winner of the 2021 Salt Nation Poetry Prize, the 2021 Young Writers and Creatives’ Award (Poetry Category), a finalist of the 2021 NO CONTACT Poetry Prize, the 2022 Villena-Aldama Poetry Prize, and was longlisted for the 2022 Frontier OPEN Prize. He is the Founding Editor of the Ogun State-based Poetry Journal, Olúmọ Review, and a Best of the Net nominee. He is the President of one of the most influential African poetry Collectives, Frontiers Collective, with tens of publications to his credit.
